Before booking, the important questions are always the same: how many apartments there are, how they are organized, what services they offer, whether the transfer is available, how any club access works, whether the pool is included and how to request information. There are two apartments, one on each floor, both completely renovated in 2026. They are located inside a self-contained building dedicated exclusively to B&B guests.
Yes. On request, it is possible to book both apartments and reserve the entire building, an ideal solution for larger groups, families or guests who want greater privacy and tranquillity.
Each unit includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living area and a bathroom. One of the apartments offers 5 beds +1, the other 4 beds +1.
Yes. The garden is part of the property experience: it is a well-kept and quiet space, also completed by the presence of a barbecue available to guests.
No. It is a solution designed for holidays, weekends, business stays, fairs, sports events, sports stays and stopovers of any kind. Access to the full A-Rete Club complex is a valuable addition that we hope will further enrich your stay.
Yes. During the summer season, the stay allows use of the A-Rete complex outdoor pool throughout the stay, according to availability and organization confirmed for the requested dates.
Yes. The dedicated Mercedes Van transfer is available on request from airports, stations and other agreed points.
Yes. The accommodations are comfortable and perfect also for those who are here for work or for a simple relaxing stay, and the A-Rete complex also offers a gym, pool, wellness center and an elegant Bistro.
The accommodations have an equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, Starlink internet connection, Netflix, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, armored door, gas detectors with alarm, Welcome Kit with essential products and the possibility of using the barbecue in the garden. Small pets are allowed.
Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out at 12:00 noon. Keys are collected at the A-Rete Club reception desk; for arrivals outside opening hours a secure box with keypad is available.
Yes. The stay includes a weekly change of towels and bed linen.
Yes, the accommodations have free parking spaces, and at the Club it is possible to use the eight charging stations for electric cars.
